Refund & Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order:


To cancel an order you must inform us within 10 minutes of placing the order, you can call us on +917898371779 or mail us at contact.us@freschopsbar.com. Your order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24 working hours after order cancellation request (for prepaid orders). Order cannot be cancelled after 10 mins of placing an order.

Return policy:


We strive to provide great customer experience each time you shop with us. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will take the best possible measures to resolve the issue. Customer can call us on +91 7898371779 or mail us at contact.us@freschopsbar.com within 30mins after receiving the order. Order cannot be returned after 30 mins of delivering the order.

  •  In the unlikely case of any quality issue, mail us at contact.us@freschopsbar.com and send a detailed description of the issue along with the order ID and pictures. Our team will quickly look into the issue and if issue is found genuine then the refund request will be raised and then the refund will be reflected back to your FresChops’ wallet within 24 business hours.
  •  If a part/whole order is different from what customer ordered, then customer will have the right to accept/refuse the part/whole order and you will be fully refunded for part/whole order in case the customer refuses the order. If a few products are not available from the customer’s order then our staff will inform customer regarding the same and will propose a replacement for missing products and customer will have the right to accept/refuse the products before the delivery and get a refund for the missing products (if already paid). We take responsibility for unavailability/ wrong products in customer’s order. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in proper state including all components as well as any free gifts or products which came along with it. Partial return will only be made if there is any defect/wrong product delivered.

Refund being made:


> For pre-paid orders, the complete amount will be returned back to your FresChops’ Wallet or bank account.

> For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, the complete amount will be returned back to your FresChops’ Wallet only.


FresChops Bar reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction or
breaches in the terms and conditions of using the website.’

basis, in such a situation FresChops Bar will hold complete discretion over the matter and FresChops'
